Volcano Bay: Universal Orlando’s water park

Universal Orlando Resort has revealed more information on their 3rd waterpark Volcano Bay. This park is themed after a fabled pacific island. Guests at the park will be able to experience this first hand as they enjoy this theme park’s rides and amenities. Though the ride is not scheduled to open till June of 2017, many rides have already been revealed including

Krakatau: The volcano at the center of the park, this volcano spews water throughout the day and fiery lava throughout the night. A place where only the bravest dare to go.

Ko’okiri Body Plunge: Guests of the park may join in an ages old tradition by braving the 125 ft plunge down this flume ride located near the feared volcano of the island.

Kala & Ta Nui Serpentine slides: Head to the very top of the volcano and hold on as guests of the park will be dropped from trap doors all the way down the volcano until they reach the turquoise waters at the bottom.

Waturi Beach: Relax at the beach right in front of the Volcano, enjoy the white sandy beach and the turquoise waters.

Tot Tiki Reef + Runamukka Reef: for the little ones in the family, this play  area is full of child friendly fun while the older guests enjoy the geysers located nearby.
